My original room had a terrible view of electrical cables, which was disappointing, but I appreciated the manager's help in upgrading me to a better room. However, while they offered an upgrade, it still wasn’t perfect. Plus, there were issues with service at the pool. it felt chaotic with limited chair availability. The decor in my room seemed worn, and I noticed some areas of the resort felt a bit musty. Dining felt overpriced, especially when there are other local options that are just as good for less. Overall, it's a beautiful property, but it needs some work in service quality and room maintenance.
